Tamika Felder is an undeniable energy.

As a speaker and battle-tested cancer survivor, Tamika commands attention while also fostering a sense of community. She knows how to bring people together and get them talking.

Tamika is engaging, motivating, and fun. She’s who you call when you want to create unforgettable experiences, both in-person as well as virtually.

Life comes with an expiration date.

The truth is none of us are getting out of here alive. Sometimes we forget that. But then something comes in and gives us a reminder to live.

For Tamika, that was being diagnosed with cancer at 25. Having always had a zest for life, she knew that she wasn’t ready to die.

This near-death experience at a young age was a harsh wake-up call. It reminded her that in order to live the life she always wanted, she had to take chances – even if she was afraid.

Today, Tamika’s mission is to get people to live life with purpose and move beyond their obstacles and fears.

The Woman

When not taking the world by storm, Tamika resides in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, with her husband of 10 years, 21-year-old stepdaughter, and 8-month-old son – who has been nicknamed the “Cervivor Baby” because he was conceived through a surrogate with help from another couple touched by cervical cancer.

Tamika’s heartwarming, albeit unconventional journey to becoming a mom – 22 years after undergoing chemo, radiation, and a hysterectomy – was recently covered in People. “I can’t imagine life without him now that he’s here,” she told the magazine.
